I didn't want you to feel left out Samsung Support I bought a new Samsung Robotic Vacuum ($600). It was supposed to run for over an hour, but the battery ran out after 30 minutes. They identified as a bad battery, said I had to send the entire unit back, at my expense, even though, it was only a week old. The battery is replaceable (they did offer to sell me a new battery for $100), but they required the entire unit returned. Fortunately I had ordered it from Lowes because of the 10% Veteran discount, and made an easy return yesterday. Bottom line is NO MORE SAMSUNG! added June 1, 2018 Netgear Support I bought a new Netgear Nighthawk Access Point. Even though I consider myself technically knowledgable, I had to call Netgear Tech Support for help setting it up. After 30 minutes on the phone trying to understand what the 'non American' was saying, I hung up and called back. I got Habib, probably in the next cubical. I tried unsuccessfully to communicate. Jo Jeanne, Manager of Holiday Inn Express Executive Airport in Ft. Lauderdale for illegally charging my credit card a second time for a night 2 weeks after I stayed there. When I called here, she said "You shouldn't have filled out the survey". Holiday Inn legal department is pursuing action against her. added Aug. 10, 2013ADDED NOTE: Holiday Inn was of NO help at all, but the credit card company company reversed the charge and filed a formal complaint against the hotel.
